The EUTB advises on all rehabilitation and participation services, supports applications (e.g., Personal Budget), and often works on the Peer Counseling principle (affected persons advise affected persons).

The 'Personal Budget' allows you to become the employer of your own assistants – instead of receiving benefits in kind.
