📘 Rehber: EUTB - Bağımsız Katılım Danışmanlığı
Engelli bireyler için hizmet sağlayıcılardan bağımsız, düşük eşikli danışmanlık (§ 32 SGB IX). EUTB, tüm rehabilitasyon ve katılım hizmetleri hakkında danışmanlık verir, başvurularda (örn. Kişisel Bütçe) destek olur ve genellikle Akran Danışmanlığı (etkilenenler etkilenenlere danışır) prensibiyle çalışır.
