BerFind can be used without registration. We only process data needed to operate the site, keep it secure, and respond to voluntary contact requests.
Website use

- The public search works without a user account.
Contact and update submissions
- If you contact us by email, we process the information needed to respond to your request.
- If you suggest a new listing or an update, we store the submitted information for editorial review.
- Please do not send sensitive health, residence, or social data unless it is necessary for the request.
Analytics and local storage
- If Plausible Analytics is enabled, we use privacy-friendly analytics without cookies.
- The counseling chat may store messages locally in your browser so the conversation remains available after reload.
- Chat messages may be technically processed to suggest matching counseling services.
