Adult men, trans, inter and non-binary people who have experienced sexualized violence can come to Tauwetter. Friends and relatives can also receive counseling. We offer counseling sessions and self-help groups.

📘 Guide: Self-Help Groups & Contact Points
Placement in group offers for mutual support in cases of chronic illness, addiction, or social problems. Contact points (e.g., SEKIS) provide infrastructure and networking for affected persons who are experts in their own cause and exchange ideas beyond professional hierarchies.
Important Note
Supplement to Therapy: Self-help is a strong network but does not replace medical treatment.
