First point of contact for questions about life in Germany when it is unclear which specialized agency is responsible. This counseling acts as a pilot in the support system and refers to lawyers or specialized services. Counseling Tip 1: Use this service to have letters from authorities sorted and understood before deadlines pass. Counseling Tip 2: Always bring all existing papers such as passport, notifications, and rental contract so that the counselors can correctly assess your legal situation.
