Hizmet § 8 SGB VIII'e dayanır ve ebeveynlerin haberi olmadan danışmanlık, acil uyku yerlerine (Sleep-Ins) yerleştirme ve Gençlik Dairesi tarafından koruma altına alma (Inobhutnahme) sırasında refakati kapsar.
