Önemli ruhsal, zihinsel veya bedensel engelleri olan kişiler için barınmayı güvence altına almak ve bağımsız yaşamı sürdürmek için ayakta entegrasyon yardımı. Hizmet genellikle kişinin kendi evinde uzmanlık saatleri bazında verilir ve yatılı kurumlara yerleştirmeyi önlemeyi ve günlük hayatı stabilize etmeyi amaçlar.
Important Note
Erişim için mutlaka bir sosyal rapor ve ilçe yönlendirme komitesinin onayı gereklidir.

Steps
- 1Yardım genellikle § 67 SGB XII veya entegrasyon yardımı üzerinden finanse edilir – sorumluluğu netleştirin.
