Şêwirmendiya Civakî ya Giştî (ASB) wekî navenda yekem a 'Paqijkirinê' (Clearingstelle) û xala têkiliyê ya yekem tevdigere. Ew analîzek berfireh a pirsgirêkên tevlihev (debar, xanî, tenduristî, malbat) pêşkêş dike û berpirsiyariyan di navbera qadên hiqûqî de (SGB II, XII, AsylbLG) vediqetîne.
