Un élément central est la mise en place d'un ordre d'accessibilité (adresse postale) pour sécuriser les prestations du Jobcenter, ainsi que l'orientation vers le « Segment de marché protégé » (GMS) pour le logement.
Important Note
Subsistance : Sans « Ordre d'accessibilité » (Adresse postale), pas de prestations du Jobcenter !
