Accompaniment of the out-of-court settlement attempt as a mandatory prerequisite for the application to open consumer insolvency proceedings. Counseling Tip 1: Only recognized agencies (§ 305 InsO) are allowed to issue the certificate for consumer insolvency proceedings. Counseling Tip 2: Residual debt discharge currently takes place after just 3 years; however, the application must be prepared correctly (out-of-court settlement attempt).
