§ 22 SGB II ve § 36 SGB XII uyarınca ilçe 'Sosyal Konut Yardımı Birimleri' tarafından uzman müdahalesi. Temel görev, kira borçlarını üstlenerek (kredi veya hibe olarak) barınmayı güvence altına almak ve ev sahibinin tahliye davasını geri çekmesi için pazarlık yaparak konut kaybını ve takip eden icra masraflarını önlemektir.
Important Note
Kırmızı Alarm: Tahliye davası durumunda, tebligattan sonraki iki ay içinde yapılan 'mühlet ödemesi' (Schonfristzahlung) feshi geçersiz kılabilir.

Steps
- 1Feshi geçersiz kılmak için dava tebliğinden sonraki iki ay içinde bir 'mühlet ödemesi' (tüm borçların kapatılması) yapın.
- 2Jobcenter ödemeyi reddederse hemen itiraz edin ve Sosyal Mahkeme'de acil başvuru (Eilantrag) seçeneğini kontrol edin.
