Orientation vers des offres de groupe pour un soutien mutuel en cas de maladies chroniques, d'addiction ou de problèmes sociaux. Les points de contact (ex : SEKIS) offrent infrastructure et mise en réseau pour les personnes concernées qui sont expertes de leur propre cause.
