Points de contact en cas de suspicion de mise en danger du bien-être de l'enfant (§ 8a SGB VIII) par négligence ou violence. L'offre s'adresse aux enfants, adolescents et citoyens/professionnels inquiets. L'objectif est l'évaluation du danger et l'initiation de mesures de protection.

En cas de suspicion de danger pour l'enfant, les professionnels ont droit au conseil d'un « spécialiste expérimenté ».
