Conseil sur les prestations de l'assurance dépendance (SGB XI) et maladie (SGB V). Soutien pour la demande de degrés de dépendance (Pflegegrad), préparation à l'évaluation par le Service Médical (MD) et conseil sur les aides pour les proches aidants.
